Taking a break

Not a GBCW diary, but I am going to take a break for a while.

All supporters of ALL candidates are foaming at the mouth and trashing other's candidates and other candidate's supporters.  

So - I can't take it any more.  At least during the general, it will be Republicans doing the trashing.  I know this is short for a "diary" but wanted to get it out in the open as to why I believe DK has really slipped.

I have heard from the "old timers" that it was bad during 2004 primaries, and I think I'm glad I wasn't there.

I came to DKOS around the 2006 generals in an attempt to talk with and share my thoughts with those of a similar progressive mind.  Now, people that think quite similarly about our common goals are attacking each other without end.  

Folks...  None of our candidates will spell the end of the party, or the end of the country.  If we don't come together and a Republican wins, it may be the end of both.

So - I won't say Shut Up to anyone.  Rather, think about what you are saying before you say it.
